Die International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) gab am Samstagabend auf ihrer Konferenz in Chicago die Gewinner ihres alljählichen Wettbewerbs bekannt. Die Non-Profit-Organisation prämierte die besten kulinarischen Neuerscheinungen in den USA.

Es lohnt sich, die Autoren und Themen einmal durchzugehen, denn hier findet sich das Genre in seltener Ausdifferenzierung.
